Hello there!
Welcome to Teenage Girl Cooks. My name is Gwen. I am 18 years old and in my first year at university studying science
. This is the place where I choose to share my cooking and baking mishaps/adventures with millions of random strangers on the internet. Well… maybe dozens.
I cook a whole range of things, from decadent treats, healthy baking to everyday dinners for my family.
I post the recipes for most of the things that I cook. Which makes everything better because you can enjoy the deliciousness you see on your computer screen ![]()
Or, alternatively, because you can learn exactly what not to do, and avoid the disasters you see on your screen.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. Love yours, and great to see someone so passionate about cooking already as a teenager
Thanks! I got a series of books on molecular gastronomy for my 18th last year and they had quite a lot about sous vide cooking, and I haven’t managed to find many people who blog about it, so it was wonderful to find your blog
Did you notice I nominated you for a Liebster award? http://stefangourmet.com/2012/04/22/liebster-award/
Yes! I just wanted to post my Anzac Macarons on Anzac day – I was going to make that post tonight
That reminds me: what is Anzac anyway?
ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anzac_Day
Yes, ditto to what StefanGourmet said. Impressed that you’re just 18 years old and already interested in cooking and baking. I wish that I had started that young! Also thanks for stopping by my blog!

Love your Blog & your passion for cooking! Good Stuff
